About me
I started my first company back in 2009. I myself am a multipassionate entrepreneur at heart, which has taken me on a journey from photographer, to accountant, to tech VA. In recent years, I’ve transitioned into Online Business Management, and today I run a small consulting agency where I support entrepreneurs with structure, systems and sustainable growth.

I’m not sure I’m ready for an OBM - how do I know if this is the right fit?
You’re ready for OBM support when you’re no longer able to grow without better systems, structure and someone to help manage operations. If you feel overwhelmed, stuck in admin, or constantly shifting priorities - you’re ready. And if you’re unsure, you can either book a free discovery call or a strategy session, which is the perfect starting point. It gives clarity without long-term commitment.
Do I need to have everything organised before working with you?
Not at all. That’s exactly why people hire me. You don’t need perfect systems, tidy workflows or a clear plan. You just need the desire to create more structure, calm and sustainability. I guide you through the entire process step by step.
I’m worried I’ll lose control if I bring someone into my business.
You don’t lose control - you gain capacity. You still make decisions, set the direction and approve strategies. I simply help you manage the day-to-day, organise your operations and keep everything running smoothly so you can focus on leadership, creativity and vision.
What if I don’t have a team yet? Can we still work together?
Absolutely. Many of my clients work with me before hiring their first team member so we can build the systems, SOPs and structure needed to delegate confidently later. If and when you’re ready to hire, I can support that process too.
